Anshu Valecha

Anshu Valecha is an accomplished English Language Education professional with over 25 years of international experience across India, China, and the United Kingdom. Her career spans classroom teaching, academic leadership, teacher training, and language assessment, giving her a deep and nuanced understanding of pedagogy and effective learning design across diverse cultural and educational contexts.

As the former Director of Studies at Education First (EF) in China, Anshu led high-performing academic teams, mentored international teaching staff, and designed impactful professional development programmes. She has also worked in language assessment as a certified oral examiner for internationally recognised English language examinations, bringing a strong understanding of language proficiency, assessment standards, and learner development.

Driven by a passion for empowering educators, Anshu co-founded Teach to Elevate, an initiative dedicated to equipping teachers with practical, evidence-informed professional development and fostering a collaborative community. Her mission is to help teachers build classroom confidence, refine their instructional practices, and create engaging learning environments that inspire student success.

Ipshita Mukherjee

Ipshita Mukherjee is an English language educator, teacher trainer, and Young Learner specialist with nearly a decade of teaching experience. As an educator with several renowned international educational organisations, she has delivered English language programmes, IELTS preparation courses, and young learner courses, while also contributing to teacher development initiatives.

Throughout her career, Ipshita has taught learners from across 14 countries. This rich cross-cultural experience has strengthened her ability to design inclusive, learner-centred lessons that respond to the needs of diverse classrooms — creating engaging, age-appropriate lessons that foster confidence, curiosity, and meaningful language development.

Ipshita has designed and facilitated workshops on evidence-based teaching, young learner methodology, pronunciation, classroom management, educational technology, and learner engagement. As co-founder of Teach to Elevate, she is driven by the vision of simplifying teaching to amplify learning — believing that impactful professional development should be practical, evidence-based, and empowering.
